Eclectic Ellapu Challenge #2 - Anything Halloween

Today marks our 2nd challenge over at the Eclectic Ellapu challenge blog .  We're on a new adventure over there and it's sure to be a blast. We have so many talented team members to inspire you and I feel very fortunate to be a part of the team (team purple).  Hope you'll play along! This is my Halloween themed project to get you started.

a little closer look

The base of my banner is jute twine and purple tulle.  I ran the twine through the buttons and tied ribbons in the open areas to fill it in.  The chipboard tags are from Graphic 45 with the assortment of ribbons from my scrap stash.  The twine just didn't give the banner enough weight so I added the purple tulle and some buttons on each of the tags to finish it off.  Hope you like it.

Be sure to stop over at Eclectic Ellapu to see the other DT's samples.  I'm sure you're going to love them!
